Haltli’s Haven was founded in 2018 by Emily Haltli. Emily began her journey as a home provider looking for a better option when it came to childcare as she experienced the difficulties that come with having a child with behavioral and learning disabilities. She wanted to provide a safe place for all children to feel welcomed, understood and loved.  

For 14 years I was a single mom with a child who has ADD/ADHD and ODD. I was that mom whose child was kicked out of childcare on more than one occasion, because my child was misunderstood. I understand as a parent what one might go through with their child who has Special Needs/Behavioral Problems. My experience not only comes with my son, but with others I have worked with as well. I worked with those from Autism, Epilepsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, ODD, to a sweet little girl who had feeding tubes and a heart monitor. We provide a safe and caring learning environment for ALL kids. In caring for many children, we have gained an exceptional appreciation for those with special needs.

 

Our experienced staff are trained to focus on the things that help your child love growing and learning. Everyone deserves a caring/understanding childcare provider that they can trust to take care of their precious children as much as they would. At Haltli’s Haven that is exactly what we will do!

Enjoy our new facility! We have 10,000sq ft of classrooms and specialty rooms geared to provide not only a fun learning environment but also a safe place for all children to grow! Some of the spaces your child will get to interact with is our art room, movie room, library and playground. Each classroom is designed specifically for each child’s age.
